A growing family found themselves in need of some extra space, but didn’t want to leave their beautiful location on the Scugog River. A 2-car garage was added with additional living space on the main floor above. A slight reconfiguration of the main bedroom improved the livability for the homeowners. While they were generally content with the existing modest exterior, we were able to add a bit of flair to the home with simple measures while providing a functional attic storage.
