An infill development utilizing a public road down the center yielded two product types - traditional 3-storey townhouses with a full backyard and 3-storey dual-front townhouses. A high-level of design detail was applied to create a highly desirable and unique enclave of homes. Wider end units with additional ground level bedrooms and the option of an elevator on some models provided flexibility for multi-generational families.
