A mild intensification was achieved on this site by taking 4 large existing lots with aging homes to create a development of six new homes. Backing on to lots fronting Bayview, the case was made for a transitional intensification of land use. Working carefully with the zoning by-law parameters, while providing a timeless aesthetic led to this model infill development.
