A large existing lot on Bayview Avenue provided an opportunity for redevelopment. A buffer detached lot along with five executive townhouses were created. We made use off the site’s natural topography to recess the two car garages into the basement level, freeing up the main floor. Rear balconies on all levels along with a backyard-sized rooftop terrace provided plenty of outdoor amenity on a dense urban site. An elevator complimented the 5 levels of space in each home. A classical exterior provided an elegant and timeless facade fronting Bayview Avenue.
