A relatively small subdivision in Oshawa consisting of 11 detached and 16 townhouses contained very specific design parameters. Taking careful account of the zoning parameters, architectural guidelines, and specific client demands to meet the current market challenges, we crafted a design program which perfectly suited this site. We took advantage of unique and deep lots in order to create a surprising variety of innovative layouts for such a small site, and then combined these with timeless traditional and contemporary exteriors.
