Both semi-detached pairs being owned by family members created a unique opportunity to save construction costs while improving each of their homes. Working within the zoning parameters we were able to completely update each home to suit the specific desires of each family, and facilitate an improved basement by underpinning. The timeless front elevation was maintained and restored, while a sleek new modern rear elevation provided a fresh look for the addition.
