An existing double-lot provided a rare opportunity for a small redevelopment. A meticulous zoning study and survey of minor variances in the local vicinity yielded the maximum buildings achievable for this developer once the lots were severed. A contemporary open-concept layout paired with a unique and timeless elevation on each lot made this small venture a successful venture for this developer.
